Everything we do starts and ends with safety. Our behavioral based safety program constantly reinforces good habits and practices while alerting our team members to potentially unsafe practices. By striving to continually improve WBC’s health, safety and management systems, we thoroughly and routinely train our employees keeping them abreast of techniques, proper use of equipment, and issues associated with the activities to be performed and field conditions they may expect.
Our culture of accountability extends to our responsibility to keep ourselves and those around us safe – and we take that seriously.
